The TM7 analyses your preferences and presents suitable recipes, for example based on your recent dishes, favourite ingredients, or the time of day. The start screen greets you individually, which turns your Thermomix into a real cooking partner.

🔄 Multi‑Step Cooking

Combine several steps into one automated flow. For example:

  • Chop → Knead → Proof → Bake → Keep warm

You do not need to start anything manually. The TM7 executes it automatically.

🔀 Parallel cooking

You can, for example, stir a sauce in the mixing bowl while steaming in the Varoma at the same time. Or weigh ingredients while the dough is proving – real multitasking in the kitchen.

We love South African wines, South Africa, and the joy of cooking with Thermomix.

More than 20 years ago, South Africa and its wines captivated us on our first trip. Since then, during our wine tastings we have paired selected wines with perfectly matching dishes prepared in the Thermomix® – from TM5 and TM6 to the current TM7. At our vinothek in Heidelberg’s Südstadt we now invite you to experience this yourself at our “Cooking Experience with the Thermomix® TM7”.

Access to the car park via Kirschgartenstraße
Access from Römerstraße to our parking spaces is sometimes blocked by bollards. We therefore recommend turning from Römerstraße into Rheinstraße at the Tegut supermarket and approaching from the rear via Kirschgartenstraße.
